Join us for the fourth annual Running of the Beds at Flourish!

Get ready to rev up the bed wheels because Flourish’s fourth-annual Running of the Beds is coming soon!

Running of the Beds is a fun event for your corporate team, community group, a group of friends, or your family where teams build beds on wheels and race them to bring awareness to the need for every person in Kansas City to have a bed to sleep in and a home that is functional and dignified.  Flourish works with nearly 100 social service agencies to provide an entire home of furniture and home essentials, including beds, to families that have experienced housing instability.

The race will be held from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, May 1, 2027 right at Flourish in Grandview!

Teams of 5 are encouraged to get creative with their bed design and decoration.

Come out to watch the race, enjoy some refreshments, visit with some of our partnering social service agencies, drop off your furniture donations, and take a tour of our 50,000 square foot showroom!

The event is free to attend.
