Donation Drop Off Hours
Donations can be dropped off at our dock in Grandview from Tuesday – Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm.
If no one is there to greet you, please ring the bell at the dock or call 816.946.8600 for assistance unloading.
Volunteer Hours
Volunteers who work on “Guest Service Days” come Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8:00 am to around 12:30 (depending on the departure of our last guest.)
Flourish is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Other on-site opportunities are available during the afternoons, on Tuesday evenings from 5pm-8pm, and Fridays from 9am-12pm.

Holiday Closings
Flourish will be closed on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day: January 1st, 2026
- Running of the Beds: May 2nd, 2026 (will collect donations on this day only)
- Memorial Day: May 23rd, 2026
- Independence Day: Close at 12pm on July 3rd, Closed July 4th, 2026
- Art of Home Gala, November 7th, 2026
- Thanksgiving: November 26th – 28th, 2026
- Christmas: Close at 2pm on December 23rd, Closed December 24th-26th 2026
Directions
We can be a little difficult to find. The best way to get right to our place is to enter “Flourish Furnishings” into Google Maps (Apple Maps doesn’t seem to be as friendly and may take you to the wrong side of the building).
Look for the entry door next to the long wooden dock (across from the big “Fireworks” sign/building.)
Our dock door faces the south. It may be tucked between semi trailers.
