Veteran Comes Home

If you’ve been to Flourish lately, you may have noticed a desk and computer by the front door. This is our new survey station, where we ask guests to answer a few questions about their experience. This month, we received some heartfelt words of encouragement from an anonymous guest after their shopping appointment. They had been recently living in a tiny home with the Veteran’s Community Project, and were referred soon after signing their first lease. Because of Ruthie, our amazing volunteer Showroom Host, and the support of our moving and shopping volunteer teams, they had a joyful experience choosing furniture for their new apartment. Thank you to all who make furnishing homes a celebration for those we serve!
