For our Partner Agencies and their Case Managers
Flourish serves guests by appointment only, which must be made by case managers from approved agencies.
Case Manager Orientations
Case Manager Orientations can be done on-demand.
To complete your orientation to acquire login credentials, please follow these steps:
- You must be a case manager at a Partner Agency. Please have your supervisor send an email to ClientServices@FlourishFurnitureBank.org giving us permission to add you as a case manager at their agency.
- Download the Case Manager Powerpoint. Please be sure to review each slide carefully.
- Download the Shopping Preference Sheet and Guest Checklist and review carefully.
- Download the Case Manager Orientation Quiz. Carefully fill out the responses and return to us at ClientServices@FlourishFurnitureBank.org.
- Once permission from your supervisor is received and you have passed your quiz, you will be assigned your credentials.
